Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented French Language proficient Billing Representative to join our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Billing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for generating, reviewing, and submitting accurate, timely invoices to French clients and expertly resolving billing discrepancies to ensure a positive customer experience. The EMEA Billing team is committed to maintaining high standards of data accuracy, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring smooth communication with in-country stakeholders and billing operations.
In this role, you will:
France Invoice Preparation & Submission: Accurately generate and submit customer invoices for various services, including storage, transportation, shredding, imaging, and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
Dispute & Query Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Care, and Operations to investigate and promptly resolve billing discrepancies or customer concerns, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Compliance & Controls: Support month-end close activities and ensure all invoices meet internal audit requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, adhering strictly to Iron Mountain's data privacy guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in any component of the Order to Cash process.
French Language proficiency (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with France stakeholders and manage local account details.
Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, including familiarity with billing cycles, credit & rebill procedures, and purchase order (PO)-based invoicing.
Proven ability in data accuracy and attention to detail, complemented by advanced Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, ARRAYFORMULA, pivots).
