- 5+ years applying AI/ML or safety analytics in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or patient safety
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and real-world data (e.g., MAUDE, FAERS, EHRs, EUDAMED, electronic health records, claims data) with coding system
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with Generative AI and RAG architecture preferred
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal, effective communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
- High learning agility, ability to work independently and meet targeted timelines in a team-centric environment.
