The IAM L3 Senior Associate is a senior technical role within Cyber Data & Technology Risk Managed Services, responsible for supporting and operating enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms across complex client environments. The role acts as a technical escalation point, ensuring stable IAM operations, compliance with security standards, and effective access governance across Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced operational support for IAM platforms across IGA, Access Management, and PAM technologies
- Configure, manage, and maintain IAM systems including user provisioning, access controls, and identity lifecycle processes
- Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance activities aligned with internal and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents, including root cause analysis and vendor coordination
- Support IAM automation and customization using rules, roles, transforms, APIs, and scripting
- Ensure SLA compliance, ticket management, and adherence to ITIL-based support processes
- Escalate complex issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver IAM solutions in a timely manner
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- +5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations and support
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise IAM tools across IGA, Access Management, and PAM
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access certifications
- Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Access Management: Okta, Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra

- Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Ruby, REST APIs
- ITSM & Operations: ServiceNow, Jira, ITIL processes
- Databases & Dev Tools: SQL (MSSQL/Oracle), Git, Postman
- Other Tools: Active Directory, Ping Access/Federate/One/ID, Putty, WinSCP
