As a Senior Associate Home & Personal Care, you will be a vital contributor to our world‑class global Regulatory team. Based in the UK or EU, you will play an essential role in ensuring regulatory excellence across Arxada’s Home & Personal Care (HPC) portfolio. In this fast‑evolving environment, you will help shape our regulatory strategy, secure compliance, and support the growth of future business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Sales and the wider HPC business. Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across Arxada’s Home & Personal Care product lifecycle, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations (EPA, FDA, EU national registrations, BPR/BPF, Cosing).

  • Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to cross‑functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor across the HPC organization.

  • Develop regulatory strategies and prepare submission dossiers to secure product approvals with EU government agencies.

  • Manage regulatory queries and requests from customers, internal partners and authorities, ensuring timely, accurate responses.

  • Lead annual regulatory maintenance activities and support the development of regulatory pathways that enable business growth.

  • Act as a strategic business partner to the HPC Commercial and R&D teams, building strong relationships and supporting decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Life Sciences or Chemistry.

  • In‑depth experience with EU regulatory frameworks, including Cosing, Biocides/BPR and cosmetics.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver regulatory strategies, ensuring products remain compliant throughout their lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to summarize complex information for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities; able to influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated agility, collaborative mindset and a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.
