This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring:

· Familiarity with SEC-registered funds and their operational workflows

· Experience coordinating with external service providers and distributors

· Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, Securities Act, and Securities Exchange Act

· Experience supporting separately managed accounts and/or Collective Investment Trusts

· A proactive, detail-oriented work style

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment

· Clear written and verbal communication skills

· A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in refining processes and identifying efficiencies

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support for Evergreen Products

· Support the Head of U.S. Evergreen Product Operations and broader Evergreen team to ensure timely and accurate operational execution across the Evergreen product lineup.

· Work closely with Product Management, Portfolio Management, Private Wealth Sales, and Operations teams to ensure daily operational requirements are met.

· Assist in coordinating with internal operational groups (accounting, client administration, reporting, compliance, legal, tax, data management) to support product needs and resolve issues.

· Support the oversight of third-party service providers—including administrators, transfer agents, custodians, and distributors—by tracking deliverables, escalating issues, and helping maintain a strong control environment.

Business Coordination & Content Support

· Assist with gathering information and preparing materials for marketing content, product updates, RFP responses, and distributor onboarding.

· Partner with central vendor management and operational teams to support day-to-day interactions with service providers.

Monitoring & Reporting

· Track regulatory, operational, and technology-related developments relevant to SEC-registered fund operations and identify potential impacts to the Evergreen platform.

· Contribute to internal reporting on product health, operational metrics, and risk indicators.

Fund Governance

· Assist with the preparation of accurate, comprehensive Board materials for the Evergreen fund Boards of Trustees.

· Support the Head of U.S. Evergreen Product Operations, Evergreen Portfolio Management, and Legal & Compliance teams in coordinating Board approvals and related processes.

Qualifications

· Strong academic credentials

· Experience with 40 Act Funds and 34 Act 3(c)(7) Funds required

· 5–8 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, client service, product operations, or related fields (experience with SEC-registered funds or separately managed accounts preferred)

· Strong experience with Excel

Salary Range

$113,000.00 - $157,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
