Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in hiring top talent across the UK, key European markets including Germany, Poland, France, Belgium, and India. What you’ll be doing

Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment needs across UK, Europe and India. This role requires a self-driven professional capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in sourcing and articulating talent across the UK, key European markets (including Germany, Poland, France, Belgium), and India.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

  • Source and engage candidates through platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

  • Utilize proactive research skills, leveraging AI-driven tools and innovative recruitment channels to identify and engage top talent.

  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool aligned with strategic hiring needs.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and confidentiality standards throughout the recruitment process.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across supported countries.

  • Continuously update knowledge of regional market trends and recruitment best practices through external learning.

What you bring to the team

We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, based at Bangalore, working across UK, European and India time zones.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with 5–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Proven expertise in recruiting for UK and India markets; experience in European markets is a plus.

  • Strong sourcing skills, including advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms to identify and engage top talent within the UK, India and Europe market.

  • Awareness of regional employment laws and regulations, including sensitivity to local legal requirements around candidate interactions and interview questions, ensuring compliance and best practices across diverse jurisdictions is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & across UK, European, and Indian time zones.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
