Ability to deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures. Read and understand all commercial loan documents including notes, agreements, and understand how the data is set up on the required loan system. Perform completeness check to ensure system matches executed documents; ensure knowledge of the Commercial lending products and services, including an understanding of a Credit Agreement, loan funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flow, etc. Process loan portfolio seamlessly and accurately and anticipates business needs.What you will do
Processing advances, payments, checks and updating payment methods
Processing payoffs upon receipt of wire or check on loan system
Preparing payoff letters and calculating prepayment penalties in a timely manner
Processing escrow and insurance disbursements as received
Transferring funds from accounts and initiating wires
Processing funding sheets within the SLA expiration time
Responding to billing and payment inquiries
Ensures that financial transactions are accurately reflected on the bank’s books which financially impact the Bank
Responding to client queries and working with external counsel on preparation of assignments
Monitors and clears exceptions in a timely fashion
Responds to Service Request and emails relating to commercial queries in a courteous manner and within established SLA’s. Queries includes billing, loan maintenance, advance requests and payment processing
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
Works under supervision of the loan servicing manager to service the commercial loan portfolio
Ensures that all suspense items are posted accurately and borrower received credit for their payment within the established SLA.
Handles client escalations with supervision.
Identifies and escalates opportunities for risk. Actively works to identify areas of process improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
For this position you will need at least 3 years of commercial servicing banking experience. Candidates with advanced degrees (Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Masters) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.

-Hybrid Schedule: O: 4 days a week

The estimated salary range for this position is $27.00 USD to $30.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
