We’re seeking a strategic digital marketing associate to help elevate CenterWell’s digital presence and connect more seniors with personalized care. As Senior Associate, Digital you’ll own and execute digital strategies across key owned channels—website, email, SMS, and organic social—to drive awareness, engagement, and trust.
This role is ideal for a digitally fluent, performance-driven marketer who thrives in an AGILE, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences for seniors and caregivers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and support digital marketing initiatives and attribution across owned channels: website, email, SMS, and organic social 
  • Support acquisition website authoring needs across properties and testing agenda
  • Support digital owned performance tracking and assist with key inputs for business listings
  • Develop and assist in audience-first campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention 
  • Ensure digital efforts are aligned with brand, business, and growth objectives 
  • Oversee and contribute to email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking 
  • Support organic social media planning and execution to foster community engagement 
  • Ensure all digital content reflects brand voice, values, and meets compliance standards 
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, analytics, portfolio/brand) for cohesive execution 
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support digital initiatives 
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery 
  • Monitor KPIs across owned channels and compile performance reports 
  • Use consumer insights and performance data to inform strategy and ongoing optimization 
  • Report campaign results and business impact to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital, with strong knowledge of website marketing
  • Strong understanding of web sites, digital attribution, and user experience 
  • Proven success in developing and optimizing digital strategies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Results-oriented leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of agile environments and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree or MBA 
  • Experience in healthcare, senior services, or multi-site operations 
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and audience segmentation 
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare marketing regulations 
  • Experience working in agile PODs and applying agile principles to campaign development

Work-At-Home Requirements

At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government. 

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
