The Role: Senior Associate, Client Services

The Client Services member plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience with Capital IQ Solutions products. The role focuses on a variety of areas including Capital Markets, S&P CapIQ and CapIQ Pro platforms, and Excel Plug-in, combined with responsibilities of managing additional projects. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of our products, technical solutions, and the unique needs of our diverse user segments. The Impact: As a Senior member in the team, providing client support will be the prime responsibility along with being the role model who provides best-in-class client support. The member will work closely with the managers and team in key projects and addressing queries from the team about the platforms. Leveraging the experience, you’ll be conducting product demos, proactive client outreaches, and projects aimed to increase user engagement leading to high retention rates. Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Client Support: Assist clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Technical Support) via phone call, email, and web chat to navigate and extract data from the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range.

  • Team Player: Uplift the team morale and be a voice of positivity. Establish self as the point of contact. Mentor team members and communicate with management on the learning and development areas.

  • Client Experience and Team Development: To be well versed with S&P CapIQ and CapIQ Pro platforms, new enhancements, Escalation Path and SOPs. Use the knowledge and experience to help the team members address clients queries, escalations, and product suggestions. Proactively reach out to clients to deliver demos/ tailored instructional content and train them on our various offerings.

  • Process Efficiency: Initiate and deliver projects on product usability, enhancing and automating existing workflow related processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience

  • Educational Background: A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Communication: Excellent communication, Presentation, Client Management and Multitasking skills.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various internal stakeholders. Positive, flexible, and proactive with a “can do” attitude.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Rotational shifts: We work in rotational shifts changing periodically depending on the business need.

  • Certifications: Excel and SQL Intermediate certifications will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of Spark Assist and how that can be used for process enhancements.

  • Strictly follow the Hybrid working model.
