This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following.
Owner of Business Operations processes with responsibility for delivery to a high standard and ongoing continuous improvement
Coordinate GCC operations by working with the GCC enabling functions (e.g. Comms, Facilities, Change Management, Compliance, Health & Safety)
Identify and implement areas of improvement and efficiency opportunities across the GCC’s operations and processes
Coordinate and lead initiatives and activities that develop and support effective and efficient operations of the GCC
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely execution of GCC initiatives and projects
Plan, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Ensures projects meet time and quality requirements
Investigate and resolve issues related to the processes owned by the Operations team, the delivery of operations and support services from the GCC for employees, with a high focus on continuously improving Employee Experience
Preparation of reports and updates to Operations Teams and GCC leadership
Focus on continuous improvement of GCC operations, processes and KPIs
Manage stakeholder expectations and issues relating to GCC operations and Employee Experience
Support admin, communications, and engagement activities within the GCC on a need basis

3-5 yrs of experience of working across multiple operational functions
Strong partnership and collaboration skills
Comfortable with managing shifting priorities, assignments and projects while adhering to deadlines
Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing expectations
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong expertise and experience of Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Power BI (build and run) is expected. Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
