About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. You will be a close partner to the business to support in all their recruitment needs. You will also engage and play a consultative role to the stakeholders, taking a solution-driven approach. There will be opportunities for you to work with several different business units and be an integral part of our continued growth as well as expansion.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs

  • Manage the recruitment and selection activities of multiple roles within the assigned market(s)

  • Proactively search and source candidates using a combination of channels as per SJ’s sourcing framework

  • Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally that contributes to strengthening the company and market brand

  • Initiate and drive recruitment strategies such as employer branding, internship, career fairs, career talks etc.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience; ideally in a specialist recruitment role within the engineering consultancy, professional services industry or agency environment

  • Experience in recruiting in Hong Kong and China will be an added advantage

  • Ability to establish and build internal, and external client networks, developing and maintaining trust

  • Strong consulting experience

  • Hands on experience with Workday will have an added advantage

  • Proactive, able to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
