Marketing Mix Consultant/Senior Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Mix Consultant with strong analytical expertise, hands-on modeling experience, and proven capability in managing and delivering marketing effectiveness projects. The ideal candidate will blend technical capability, structured problem-solving, and client-facing strengths to lead end-to-end MMM engagements that drive business impact.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business/Marketing Management.
2–5 years of analytics experience, preferably in marketing effectiveness or related quantitative fields.
1–3 years of client-servicing experience, including stakeholder communication and insight delivery.
Proven experience executing and managing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects.
Working knowledge of statistics and practical application to analytics solutions.
Experience with time-series and regression modeling.
Comfort working with large datasets and conducting hands-on analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, logical, and resourceful.
Self‑motivated, proactive, service-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through delivery excellence.
Project & Delivery Management
Lead end‑to‑end project management, from scoping to data collection, modeling, QA, and delivery.
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Coordinate with analytics experts to bring the best solutions to client challenges.
Analytics & Insight Delivery
Run custom MMM or advanced analytic models to address client-specific questions.
Interpret, validate, and translate model outputs into actionable recommendations.
Develop compelling reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders.
Present findings and guide clients on applying insights to improve ROI.

The salary range for this role is $67,900 - $113,100 USD Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
