Position Summary
General Atlantic is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Senior Associate to oversee and optimize the firm’s accounts payable operations. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all payment processes within a dynamic investment environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with finance, legal, and investment teams to support the firm’s global transactions and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include managing invoice processing, payment approvals, expense reimbursements, and maintaining strong internal controls in accordance with General Atlantic’s policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of private equity fund structures, cross-border payments, and complex vendor management, and will demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
