Mount Holyoke College, a leading liberal arts and gender-diverse women’s college, seeks a dynamic Senior Assistant Director to support admission marketing, communication, and recruitment initiatives. This role contributes to branding and messaging across email, print, and college search platforms, manages transactional communications to prospective and admitted students, and collaborates with the Associate Director for Systems and Communications on Slate CRM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel nationally (and occasionally internationally) to recruit students through high school visits, fairs, and information sessions.
Support marketing and communications, including copywriting/editing emails, managing external platforms (Niche, SCOIR, ZeeMee), and testing messages in Slate CRM.
Read and evaluate applications from assigned territories; participate in selection committees; provide individualized guidance to applicants.
Assess effectiveness of recruitment and marketing initiatives using data analytics; recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years in admission, recruitment, or related experience (3+ years preferred).
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience with project management, CRM platforms (Slate preferred), and marketing communications.
Understanding of liberal arts education and enthusiasm for the mission of a gender diverse women’s college mission.
Ability to travel independently, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively.

Hiring range $54,425 - $61,229
