Whether it's optimizing legacy systems or implementing cutting-edge technologies, you'll continuously grow your technical expertise while shaping RBC's wealth technology future.

We value proactive team members who take initiative, bring fresh perspectives, and aren't afraid to push boundaries. If you're energized by autonomy, thrive in collaborative settings, and want to work on meaningful enterprise initiatives—this is your opportunity.

  • Collaborate with development teams and business partners to evaluate and recommend the optimal combination of internal development, interfacing applications, and third-party solutions that address business requirements within an agile framework
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, management, stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and interface groups through effective communication and collaborative engagement throughout all project phases
  • Develop comprehensive organizational knowledge across business operations, systems architecture, and information technology infrastructure to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering capability development through expert guidance and constructive feedback
  • Contribute to weekend and after-hours on-call support as required to ensure business continuity and system availability
