Professional Experience: 8 – 11 yrs. of Industry experience out of which min. 3 yrs. as application architect.

Job Description Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align solution architecture for product suite or integrated system.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of complex stakeholder requirements.
  • Own and define the overall design and technical solution for applications/products.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural models and detailed diagrams.
  • Evaluate product-service compatibility and integration feasibility. Do the required technology trade off analysis and proof of concepts.
  • Conduct in-depth testing and validation of architectural components.
  • Design end-to-end module solution leveraging .NET Core, Azure Cloud, Angular, and MySQL Server.
  • Draft, review, and update advanced technical specifications.
  • Participate actively in technical planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve integration challenges and technical issues.
  • Translate business requirements into architecture/design diagrams, HLDs, and LLDs.
  • Document comprehensive design updates and modifications.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development.
  • Define and develop required skills and instruction files for Copilot based development.
  • Define and develop fitness functions / guidelines to enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.
  • Participate in troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues, focusing on root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other architects to define the product implementation strategy.
  • Drive cloud adoption strategies and ensure solutions are cloud-native and cost-optimized.
  • Develop POCs to evaluate new technologies or frameworks.
  • Understand and contribute DevOps, CI/CD, and automated monitoring strategies for production readiness.
  • Contribute and lead spec-based development using copilot and oversee development process. Develop, integrate various mcp servers for faster but quality development using copilot.
  • Align with modernization direction and help development team for the same.    

The following mandatory skill set required for the role:

  • Expertise in latest .Net Framework/.Net 6+, C#, ASP.NET Core (API, MVC) and object-oriented design principles.
  • HTML\CSS and exposure to angular web app and micro front end-based development.
  • Deep understanding of design patterns including DDD, async processing, cloud native design, multi-tenant, highly available systems.
  • Deep understanding of database design, optimization, performance tuning, and advanced querying (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.). Cloud-based development (Azure)
  • Advanced knowledge of Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML\CSS and responsive UI/UX principles. Good knowledge and experience in micro front end architecture-based web app development.
  • Good experience with Azure Cloud Services (AKS, App Services, Functions, , Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, Azure Key Vault etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on knowledge of memory management, GC tuning, LOH fragmentation, and performance optimization in .NET.
  • Solid grasp of security best practices (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, Zero Trust, OWASP).
  • Hands-on experience in GitHub Copilot or AI-driven development tools and spec-based development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence technology decisions at all levels.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Hands on experience of AI/ML or GenAI integration within enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with advanced architectural patterns, DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
  • Expertise in cloud cost optimization and FinOps principles.
  • Exposure to data analytics and observability frameworks.
