In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization, ensuring accurate integration of multiple data sources.
- Perform data mining, cleansing, and optimization to support investigative analytics and problem-solving.
- Research application performance and generate findings to forecast key trends requiring remediation.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data for new initiatives aligned with OKRs.
- Analyze business requirements and assist with design, development, and launch of standardized reports for stakeholders across technology and product organizations.
- Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications, requirements, and user guides for recurring analytics deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to determine KPIs and performance metrics based on recent programs implemented.
- Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau that integrate data sources and provide actionable insights.
- Build presentations and communicate findings effectively to executive and operational audiences.
- Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
- Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
- Lead or participate on large cross group projects
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of SQL experience including writing complex queries
- 2+ years of data mining, cleansing, and query optimization
- 2+ years of experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or comparable
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years financial services experience
- Experience with Contact Center applications such as IVR, routing, and self-service platforms.
- Extensive Knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
- Ability to research and analyze data sources for daily workflow, Ad-Hoc and long-term research projects as well as audit projects.
- Experience building and modifying moderate to complex SQL queries using Teradata (SQL) against multiple enterprise databases
- Experience building reports in Tableau to verify workflow completeness, work with Tableau developers to automate necessary daily reporting
- Experience building, monitoring, and modifying multiple internal databases housed on SharePoint sites that serve as workflow environments
- Experience collaborating with internal partners, stakeholder, audit and testing teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with CCaaS within the financial industry

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
