What you'll do...

Senior Analyst, Temp Services – Merchandising Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary, Senior Analyst to support our merchandising team during a 90-day period. The ideal candidate will have entry-level merchandising knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Location: Fully onsite in Bentonville, AR Employment Type: Temporary

You’ll make an impact by...

• Entering and maintaining data in Excel spreadsheets
• Tracking and updating process calendars
• Coordinating day-to-day projects and timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with merchandising tasks, including item maintenance and limited supplier engagement
• Supporting associate merchant activities for Category 14 (Housewares)
• Helping to identify market trends and assisting in sourcing products at competitive costs

You’ll sweep us off our feet if...

• You have entry-level knowledge of merchandising or retail operations
• You are proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data entry
• You have excellent communication and coordination skills
• You have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications: Must be proficient in typing/basic computer skills and able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
