In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and support of tools that create and maintain efficient processes for our team. At Amex GBT Meetings and Events, we believe in the power of connection and meeting eye-to-eye, and we’re proud to help our clients foster those meaningful relationships at venues of all sizes, across the world.
What You’ll Do
Work with local markets to understand their end-to-end process
Review and redesign existing processes to improve efficiencies
Conduct root causes analysis and identify alternative solutions
Collaborate with the training team to develop materials and train to superusers and end users
Coordinate with the deployment manager to ensure the strategic plan is followed
Translate business problems into action items for product teams to follow
Lead the team through the organizational change process
Report back to the product owner on the feedback and development from markets
What We’re Looking For
Experience in business analysis
Experience in M&E operations
Skilled in Microsoft Office
Proactive research to understand end user impact of new processes
Self-directed
Collaborative approach; able to work well with global teams
Conscientious of internal and external factors when making critical decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multiple languages preferred)
