Total Rewards delivers competitive, strategically aligned programs that attract, reward and inspire our employees. Our team achieves this through the design, implementation and delivery of compensation, benefits, and retirement/savings plans and by providing people analytics insights that inform our bank's people practices, programs and processes. As a Senior Analyst, Team Rewards, you will support the Enterprise Total Rewards team by completing analysis and developing recommendations related to new or modified compensation programs and practices that support business goals and market competitive practices.  You will also prepare and maintain reports, summaries, and program documentation, facilitate meetings and manage centralized mailboxes.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
