We are seeking a passionate and skilled automation / tools developer to join our global Corporate IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated technologies, collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for real-world challenges.

This position will reside in the Corporate IT and will work closely with our teams around the world.
Develop and optimize solutions using technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Nasdaq GenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio) for automation, analytics, and intelligent application development.
Integrate AI capabilities into DevSecOps tooling and productivity platforms (e.g., CoPilot, Agent Workflows).
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver robust AI solutions.
Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI research, tools, and technologies.
Document code, experiments, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
1–3 years of experience developing AI and machine learning models (e.g., neural networks, NLP, computer vision).
Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Nasdaq GenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
Experience integrating AI into cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
Familiarity with MLOps and DevSecOps standard processes.
Knowledge of data engineering and cloud-based AI services.
