Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting of incoming customer incidents.
- Troubleshoot medium to complex incidents, employing advanced techniques such as debugging and collaboration with engineering, infrastructure team and DBAs to derive root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Participate in knowledge sharing to improve support capabilities and process efficiency.
Knowledge:
-Strong knowledge of database (Oracle / SQL PLSQL),
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and Shell scripting.
- Debugging knowledge.
- Basic understanding of Java, programing knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Informix database is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of incident management and technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of debugging and RCA techniques for resolving complex incidents.
- Familiarity with engineering and DBA processes for incident resolution.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and technical teams.
- Ability to handle multiple incidents concurrently, ensuring efficient resolution.
