Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy to support the design, deployment, and management of programs that enhance productivity and performance across our global Direct Sales organization. You will play a critical role in analyzing data, building dashboards, supporting program rollout, and delivering insights that inform high-impact initiatives. 

This role is ideal for a strong analyst who is excited to partner cross-functionally, work on strategic sales initiatives, and grow into broader strategy responsibilities. You will work closely with Sales Strategy leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, and cross-functional GTM teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Program Support & Execution 

  • Support the development, rollout, and ongoing management of core Direct Sales strategy programs. 

  • Assist in building program documentation, communications, timelines, and tracking mechanisms. 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness, ensure alignment, and maintain program materials. 

Analytics, Reporting & Insights 

  • Provide detail and precise analysis for senior leadership to influence and impact global strategy decisions 

  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate program health, pipeline performance, seller productivity, and business trends. 

  • Develop dashboards and maintain reporting for leadership and field consumption. 

  • Provide insights and summaries for leadership readouts, business reviews, and program performance updates. 

  • Support modeling work for new initiatives, pilots, and strategic opportunities. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work with Sales, Operations, Revenue Intelligence, Finance, and Enablement to collect data, validate metrics, and support program execution. 

  • Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and timely tracking of deliverables across workstreams. 

Operational & Process Support 

  • Help structure workflows, process documentation, and operational improvements across the Direct Sales strategy portfolio. 

  • Support change management efforts through clear communication, training materials, and seller-facing collateral. 

  • Assist with project tracking, meeting notes, follow-ups, and operational cadences. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 2–5+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, FP&A, or related analytical role, preferably in SaaS or with a major consulting firm. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 

  • Ability to translate data into insights and present them clearly for business stakeholders. 

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills. 

  • Effective communicator with experience building slides, reports, and internal presentations. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 

 

Preferred Attributes 

  • Experience supporting sales or GTM teams in a SaaS environment. 

  • Comfort working with large datasets and ambiguous business problems. 

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand into higher-level strategy responsibilities. 

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented working style.
