Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy and Operations to support enterprise revenue strategy and execution across Autodesk’s global go-to-market organization. This role plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting all facets of pipeline management and hygiene including development of metrics, tracking, reporting and providing insights to drive pipeline velocity and close rates across Sales and Marketing.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations, this role will work closely with partners across Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and GTM Operations to analyze pipeline and revenue performance, generate insights, and support the execution of high-impact revenue initiatives. The Senior Analyst operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, helping translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Analyze pipeline and revenue performance: Evaluate pipeline health, bookings, and revenue trends across sales motions including new business, expansion, and renewals to inform GTM strategy and execution
Support pipeline health and inspection: Analyze coverage, conversion, velocity, stage progression, and risk indicators to surface insights that improve pipeline quality and predictability
Enable forecasting and performance management: Support revenue forecasting processes through analytical inputs, variance analysis, and performance tracking to improve forecast accuracy and confidence
Develop pipeline and revenue analytics: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and leading indicator
Support revenue operating cadence: Prepare analytical materials and insights for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly strategy reviews
Conduct deep-dive performance analysis: Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes impacting pipeline and revenue performance, and translate findings into actionable insights
Deliver executive-ready insights: Synthesize complex data into clear, concise narratives and recommendations for senior leader
Improve data quality and analytical rigor: Enhance data accuracy, reporting consistency, and analytical processes across pipeline, revenue, and GTM reporting
Collaborate on tools and systems: Partner with Sales Operations, Systems, and Analytics teams to ensure reliable tooling, dashboards, and scalable reporting foundations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM analytics, strategy, management consulting, or a related analytical disciplin
Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
Demonstrated ability to translate pipeline and revenue data into actionable insights and recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business models
Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue performance management
Experience building dashboards or working with BI and analytics tools
Familiarity with pipeline inspection or forecasting platforms such as Clari
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environments
Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to think strategically about business problems
