Key responsibilities:
•
Build, validate and present regression and predictive models (price elasticity, promo lift, mix performance) using Python/R or alternative tools to inform pricing and promotional decisions.
•
Conduct market, competitive and consumer behaviour analysis to identify Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and brand ladder opportunities.
•
Drive promotions optimization: evaluate promo tactics, design tests, recommend promo calendar changes and prioritize trade terms to maximize NRR.
•
Design, build and maintain automated reports to accelerate insights-to-action at scale.
•
Develop KPIs, monitor performance, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for sector/market performance.
•
Support sector RGM strategic projects (promotions optimization, competitor benchmarking, PPA initiatives) end-to-end.
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights, Sales, Trade Marketing and Finance to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.
•
Ensure timely delivery of analyses and reports in line with SLAs and improve the utility of operational/performance data across teams.
•
Contribute to capability building: assist in training COE associates and document methodologies and playbooks.
Must-have qualifications & experience:
•
3–4 years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing & promotion analysis, or related RGM strategic projects (FMCG/CPG preferred).
•
Practical experience with regression modelling, price elasticity, promo analysis
•
Strong data analysis and visualization skills — advanced Excel + PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau
•
Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable commercial recommendations and stakeholder-ready presentations.
•
Comfortable working to SLAs and tight deadlines; strong attention to detail and numeracy.
•
Excellent communications skills
Preferred qualifications:
•
Background in consumer insights, trade marketing, key account management or CPG consulting.
•
Experience designing Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and promo calendar optimization.
•
Familiarity with SQL and statistical modelling packages; experience with enterprise BI/reporting environments.
•
Prior experience supporting Emerging Markets or regional RGM programs is a big plus.
