Raytheon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Quality & Mission Assurance to support the development, production, and sustainment of our advanced missile systems. This role is integral to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Raytheon’s cutting-edge missile technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with stringent defense industry standards. You will serve as junior program Quality professional, working with more senior Quality professionals as you learn and take on more responsibilities.

This is an onsite position in Tucson, Arizona.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the review and analysis of quality processes to ensure they meet internal and external standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection methods, and test procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conformance issues.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to quality processes, audits, and inspections.
  • Learn and utilize quality tools such as CORE, FMEA, and SPC (Statistical Process Control).

Qualification You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Previous experience applying attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience communicating with team members, supervisors, and customers and performing as part of a team.
  • Experience using quality systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) is a plus.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in quality engineering within the aerospace and defense industry.

Onsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
