Senior Analyst - Program Management
Role Summary:The (USA) Senior Analyst, Program Management plays a critical role in supporting project planning, execution, and risk management for low to moderately complex initiatives. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, monitors progress against timelines and budgets, and assists in managing scope and change impacts. The role also involves fostering strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The Senior Analyst upholds company values by promoting integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused approach while driving results aligned with organizational goals.
About the Team:The Technology Operations team within Walmart’s Global eCommerce & Marketplace Compliance (GEMC) focuses on driving technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. This team collaborates across functions to plan, implement, and monitor projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Members apply strong skills in data analysis, project and change management, and stakeholder engagement to support strategic goals. The team values continuous improvement and effective communication, fostering a results-driven environment that supports organizational objectives and advances technology operations within the GEMC organization.
Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR
What you'll do: - Gather project requirements including resources, timelines, and budgets to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Monitor project execution progress, ensuring deliverable quality and coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
- Support scope management and resolve minor conflicts, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain and communicate key issues, risks, and dependencies logs, assisting in risk mitigation planning.
- Conduct change impact assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change strategies.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project implementation and alignment with business needs.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in program and project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of low to moderately complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build effective partnerships.
- Expertise in risk and change management, including identifying risks, supporting mitigation plans, and assessing change impacts on stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business process improvement, data analysis, and analytics to inform decision-making and project outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and knowledge.
- Commitment to integrity, compliance, and upholding company values in all business practices.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management, technology or related field
- 1 years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
