We are seeking a skilled Production Support Analyst to monitor, maintain, and enhance multiple integrated applications within our technology ecosystem. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure system stability, resolve complex issues across interconnected platforms, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.

Communication with the customers, partners, and the Developer. Updating the Product Backlog regularly for team meetings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • 3+ Years of professional experience
  • Knowledge across front, middle and back-office solutions
  • Knowledge of Eagle suite of products (Accounting, Pricing, Investment Performance and Data Management), Autosys Scheduling
  • Good to have AWS knowledge and Datastage
  • Monitor and manage multiple integrated applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and seamless communication across all environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes to restore normal operations with minimal business impact
  • Monitor nightly batch operations including Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) job runs, and resolve any failures or processing errors promptly
  • Develop application enhancements and implement fixes following established management protocols and thorough testing procedures
  • Coordinate database refresh activities across environments, ensuring all upstream and downstream systems are properly refreshed and integrated
  • Validate integration points and data consistency across the application ecosystem after any changes or environment updates
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support processes while providing regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular communication with IT and business partners for any ongoing or critical issues
  • Ability to run SQL queries to perform data analysis is a must. Oracle and SQL DB knowledge
  • Strong communication and written skills are required
  • Working in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Educational Requirements

Qualification: Graduation in Computer Engineering or related subjects
