As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our UK Procurement team and play a key role in driving data‑led decision making across the function. Reporting to the Procurement Director, the Senior Procurement Analyst will provide high‑quality analytical insight and systems support to enable effective procurement decisions. This is a hands‑on role with real impact, combining data, technology and collaboration to continuously improve procurement performance.

You’ll act as a champion for analytics, ensuring data integrity, robust reporting and actionable insights, while also supporting the maintenance and optimisation of procurement systems, including Microsoft Dynamics.

This role is based at our Weybridge with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need.  Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge office a minimum of 4 days per week.

Work pattern: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week.

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

  • Delivering accurate and insightful procurement reporting, including KPIs, spend analysis and performance metrics
  • Owning and continuously improving procurement data to ensure accuracy, strong governance and compliance with internal policies
  • Validating and maintaining complex pricing models and supplier contracts within Microsoft Excel
  • Supporting new product development through the setup of new items, suppliers and pricing structures
  • Maintaining procurement master data and ensuring best‑practice document management across shared drives and the intranet
  • Supporting RFI, RFQ and RFP activity, including data analysis and evaluation
  • Tracking cost savings and benefits realisation, and supporting market analysis and benchmarking activity
  • Contributing to vendor performance management to support cost, service, quality and innovation outcomes
  • Supporting the selection, deployment and optimisation of procurement tools and platforms, including Power BI, Sedex and contract management systems

YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…

  • Experienced in data analysis, reporting and procurement analytics
  • Highly capable in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Structured and detail‑focused, with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Confident working with pricing models, contracts and supplier data
  • A strong communicator with effective stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to challenge, influence and drive improvement
