JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Analyst Pricing Strategy Reporting is responsible for designing and generating regular reports for various stakeholders. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and visualizations, and providing ad-hoc reporting support. The role also involves providing key insights related to the data that tells the story behind the numbers. This role is responsible for anticipating the needs of the organization and developing sustainable and efficient reports to meet those needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Pricing & Revenue Optimization:
Design and generate regular reports for various stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights.
Own Revenue Management tableau server information
Monitor performance and raise insights proactively to the team to drive action.
Create new reports that are sustainable an meet the needs of the audience.
Lead weekly/monthly reporting and planning meetings to share insights and provide action items.
Develop tracking for initiatives, communicate priorities, and report on progress
Seek opportunities to drive efficiencies in existing processes by streamlining processes and leveraging automation tools
Cross Functional Analytics Enablement:
Be the lead resource for data information on the team and field questions from management and investor relations as needed.
Create ad-hoc one time reports and visualizations for specific questions.
Understand the structure of the overall database and where to find information.
Develop business cases for new commercial opportunities
Learning and Development
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting.
Participate in relevant training and development programs.
Document reporting processes and maintain records.
Ensure Tableau server is clean and old reports are archived
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of relevant experience in an analytics role with specific focus on reporting data.
Proficiency in Excel, BI Reporting (Tableau), SQL, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft teams
Experience using AI tools (Chat GPT, Copilot)
Previous hospitality pricing or analytics experience a plus
Knowledge of hospitality industry reporting (CoStar, Amadeus, Kalibri)
Bachelors degree in computer science, business, economics or other related field required.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $86,886 - $102,219.
