Job Title: Senior Analyst, Posting Outcomes

Position Summary: Executes defined tasks and processes within established procedures to support team objectives. Ensures accuracy and quality in assigned work while developing foundational skills and knowledge.

About the Team: The Posting Outcomes team drives operational performance and quality across all posting workflows through active monitoring, collaboration, and direct intervention. The team manages both core and ancillary posting processes while partnering with BPO vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize performance outcomes and identify integrity opportunities. They also handle complex, offshore-restricted work and resolve escalated service issues to ensure seamless posting operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Executes assigned tasks accurately and within established timeframes, meeting quality standards and SLA requirements
  • Follows documented procedures and escalates exceptions appropriately when standard processes don't apply

  • Maintains detailed records and documentation as required by team protocols

  • Prioritizes work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Identifies and surfaces workflow deficiencies or potential improvements to immediate supervisor

  • Asks clarifying questions when encountering unfamiliar situations rather than making assumptions

  • Demonstrates basic problem-solving skills within defined parameters

  • Accepts and implements both positive and constructive feedback

  • Shares relevant information with team members as appropriate

  • Collaborates with Posting Integrity Stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.

Expected Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures accurately

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation

  • General knowledge and understanding of RCM Posting Processes

 

Expected Compensation

$41,000 - $71,000

The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package - depending on role eligibility, we offer both short and long-term incentives by way of an annual discretionary bonus plan, variable compensation plan, and equity plans.
