Your Team

The Performance Management team is focused on driving operational excellence through strategic project execution and data-driven insights.

Your Role

As a Lead, you will lead enhancement and analytics projects using project management principles and data visualization tools.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring development activities across cross-functional teams.

You will also create dashboards using internal data sources to support business decisions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will lead project calls and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

The Experience You Bring

  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing processes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, development, and QA
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx for data visualization and analytics
  • Familiarity with CAB processes and deployment governance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Experience in creating and managing project documentation and planning tools
  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and issue management (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creations
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum), PMP Certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in JIRA toolset; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Project Management
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
    • Experience in creating project plans, kick-off decks, and managing end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • SDLC & Testing Processes
    • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Familiarity with SIT (System Integration Testing), Unit Testing, and Business Testing.
  • Data Visualization & Analytics
    • Proficiency in Tableau (mandatory).
    • Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.
  • Project Tracking Tools
    • Jira (mandatory) for issue tracking and project management.
  • Deployment Governance
    • Familiarity with CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes and compliance before deployment.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Strong skills in creating and managing project documentation.
    • Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP or Prince2 (for project management).
  • Tableau Certification (for data visualization).
  • Agile/Scrum Certification (if applicable).
