Responsible for managing, analyzing and leveraging data from Consumer Banking to recommend and implement goal setting solutions and workforce management initiatives to support goals, budgets, and incentive plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage/Administer Goal Setting solution or Manage/Administer Workforce Management solution
- Banking Goal allocations or Banking Center Staffing by Leveraging Precisely Win 360 goal setting solution to determine banking center and regional levels goals along with analysis around goal attainment
- Create and manage various goals /targets for the banking center network, private client program and business banking using Goal Setting solution
- Create and manage compensation and variable compensation budgets for the banking center network and regional bankers through the use of WFM.
- Provide Support to the management and administration of Incentive Plans Work with Finance to create and manage various financial goals /targets for the banking center network that are part of the Incentive Plan.
- Administer Curinos Distribution Analyzer – analyze/leverage data from solution to provide leadership perspective on Webster performance against peers
- Administer Workforce Management, Hiring, Staffing Model and Banking Center Hours Periodic analysis and evaluation of network staffing level to ensure proper service and sales stress levels. Oversee and update staffing model regularly.
- Manage hiring process to ensure appropriate vacancy levels and budget adherence.
- Responsible for process for ensuring the schedules for banking center network are provided in a timely manner.
- Provide analytics and reporting from WFM solution.
- Direct the modeling and evaluation of transaction trends to ensure banking centers have proper hours of operation.
- Make recommendations to leadership for strategic changes to banking center hours and communicate and execute hours changes.
- Assist with aspects of banking center incentive program, compensation and variable compensation, as well as variable compensation budgets for banking center network and regional bankers.
- Track progress toward plan ensuring the LOB is staying within plan.
- Reforecast and adjust as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Actively manage incentive plan document and ensure updates are included.
- Administer annual plan changes and communication plan.
- Monitors progress towards goal achievement and account adjustments ensuring individuals, teams, and regions receive accurate incentive payout awards.
- Manage goal modeling for incentive purposes.
- Attend Leadership meetings to provide updates, insights and receive feedback.
- Develop and provide reporting and performance monitoring and incentive payment solution.
- Provide additional support for Business Banking incentive program through reporting and analysis
- Provide reporting support. Ensure field has appropriate reporting to manage day to day banking center operations.
- Provide leadership with analytics and reporting to make informed strategic decisions.
- Direct Goal modeling and allocation for Consumer Bank Utilize modeling to allocate goals to the banking centers, business banking teams, wealth teams, and residential mortgage/consumer lending group.
- Work with each LOB leadership team through the adjustment process ensuring that guidelines are followed, and exceptions are documented.
- Distribute goals to field leadership to be cascaded down teams.
- Work with LOB leadership to evaluate goals and monitor for anomalies to ensure goals are appropriate.

- Support year end Account and Relationship Repoint Initiative: Consumer, Business, Private Client, and Commercial
Specific Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance or related field. (Master’s Degree preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive retail banking experience or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work cross functionally with other lines of business to achieve results
- Excellent people skills and the ability to present to Leadership
- Expertise with Microsoft products including excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, be detailed orientated
- Strong knowledge of products, services, and sales campaigns essential

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
