This is an office-based position and for the effective performance of this role, the duties and responsibilities must be carried out onsite.

The Senior Analyst will drive the Northern Trust Institute’s (NTI) content strategy by managing high-impact communications, overseeing the weekly NTI Newsletter, and collaborating with leadership to deliver client-ready resources.

This role combines strategic planning, content creation, and delivering on Family Office Solutions projects —including Family Office Solutions (FOS) training programs and leadership initiatives—to enhance thought leadership, client and partner engagement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning:

    • Ownership over weekly Northern Trust Institute Newsletter

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business objectives.

    • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify key themes and priorities.

  • Content Creation & Management:

    • Oversee content management in Personalize (Seismic), including the review and update of existing content and retirement of outdated material

  • NTI + FOS Design Opportunities:

    • Work along NTI lead designer in the creation of client ready resources and presentation materials 

  • Senior FOS & NTI Leadership Support:

    • Oversee the Director training including Third Party Partnerships

    • Support of Head of Wealth Advisory, Family Office Solutions, on ad hoc projects and tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 2- 5+ years of experience in content management, preferably in financial services or professional services.

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Familiarity content management systems, a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Salary Range:

$61,500 - 98,300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
