YOUR NEW ROLE

Partner with Business Stakeholders to understand use case requirements and to help identify opportunities to deliver business value.
Translate business requirements into functional specification documentation
Understand business need, challenges and their processes to develop a fit for purpose solution, i.e. analytic use case and/or dashboard design, addressing their problems in relations to driving business outcome
Identify and document business metrics, working to standardise data sources and definitions.
Responsible for developing relevant documentation including initiative scope, plans, status update, backlogs, and risk/issue as required
Collaborate with onshore team and input into the build of data assets that supports dashboard output.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot problems & codes
Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
Excellent and pro-active approach to problem solving
Proven Power BI experience
Experience in in one or more of the following functions: collections, fraud, lending operations and payments in financial institution/banking industry
Clear experience of Agile behaviours, principles, tools and techniques.
Technical skills - Python, SQL, API
