Marsh has an exciting opportunity for a GRADUATE.
We're seeking for our next Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join the Human Resources Team in Santiago - Chile.

We will count on you to:
- Manage all Human Resources data.
- Handle and control personnel budgets, including benefits, training, and compensation.
- Oversee closing controls and coordinate with finance.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Provide additional support as needed.
What you need to have:
- New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Control and Management Engineer, Accountants, Administrator, Commercial Engineer, Economics, or related careers.
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years
- English language fluency
- Advanced use of Excel and Power BI
