The Senior Analyst, Fulfillment Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of incentive programs across residential cable and mobile services. This role blends operational expertise with data oversight, emphasizing financial analysis, data integrity, and process optimization. Success requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive alignment, timely delivery, and an exceptional customer experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Forecasting – Collaborates with Marketing, Accounting, and Finance to assess the financial impact of new value-added offers tracked in fulfillment and ensures alignment with forecasts and budgets.
- Data Governance & Accuracy – Maintains reliable data flow between systems, vendors, and customer-facing platforms to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Audit & Compliance Management – Reviews vendor data exchanges for adherence to internal standards and conducts audits to identify anomalies impacting customers.
- Performance Reporting & Insights – Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track fulfillment operations and inform business decisions.
- Metrics Definition & Measurement – Defines success criteria for new offers and establishes processes to monitor, track, and measure performance against those metrics.
- Process Design & Scalability – Develops repeatable, scalable processes to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
