Senior Analyst, Finance Apparel - Central

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst who will drive centralized processes/tools for the Apparel & Accessories portfolios and partner with the Product Creation organization to drive sustainable and profitable growth through the product creation lifecycle.  We need someone to partner with both Finance partners (Product, Global Business Planning, FBI) and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Sourcing, Costing).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a self-starter who can deliver results in ambiguous situations using strategic and financial insights, both written and visual, to help influence cross-functional partners.  The candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and the ability to translate financial metrics across a wide range of cross-functional audiences.  We are also seeking a team player who is curious to learn and driven to develop their skillset.

Requirements for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.  Will accept any equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Strong technical expertise in data, systems, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Someone who is detail oriented and can drive operational change.
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and to run financial models.
• Proven experience in effectively supporting and working with senior leadership.
• 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting preferred or any combination of equivalent education, experience and training.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will have the opportunity to elevate the Product Finance team’s capabilities by delivering clear, data‑driven analytics that inform decisions across finance and product partners. You will enhance team productivity by expanding access to actionable insights and by developing, improving, and automating reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools. You will also have the opportunity to transform complex analyses into compelling, concise narratives for product teams. In addition:

• You will proactively identify the financial implications of product decisions and articulate solutions that meet the needs of business partners.
• You will work across the broader Product Finance team to help drive projects that improve overall margins.
• You will provide ad hoc margin analysis to the team and be a strategic business partner to influence price, cost and demand.
• You will partner with the FBI Team to help drive reporting efficiencies and process improvement for the Product Finance offense
