About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Global Advertising Operations Senior Executive to join our team. This role is a cornerstone of our operational workflow, focusing on the precise execution of the technical and administrative tasks that underpin our global paid media campaigns.
Reporting to the Global Advertising Operations Manager, this individual will be a key hands-on contributor responsible for managing support requests, implementing campaign tracking, and maintaining the data integrity of our advertising systems. This is an ideal position for a skilled advertising operations professional looking to make a tangible impact on a global scale.
What this job involves As a Global Advertising Operations Senior Executive, you will be directly responsible for:
Operational Support & Queue Management
Owning and managing the day-to-day AdOps support queue (Workfront), acting as the first point of contact for marketer requests.
Providing timely resolution for routine technical and administrative issues, and escalating more complex problems to the Manager as needed.
Executing user access requests across paid media platforms, ensuring compliance with established governance protocols.
Technical Implementation & Campaign Support
Performing the hands-on implementation of all standard paid media tracking, including pixels and floodlight tags using Google Tag Manager.
Assisting the Manager with the deployment and validation of advanced tracking solutions like CAPI and Enhanced Conversions.
Conducting quality assurance checks on campaign setups to ensure all tracking is firing correctly before launch.
Creating and managing UTM tracking links for all campaigns, ensuring consistency with global standards.
Financial & Data Administration
Executing PO requisitions for campaigns and platform expenses in the financial system.
Assisting with the monthly financial reconciliation process by pulling data and preparing reports.
Maintaining core process documentation, governance guidelines, and resources on the team's SharePoint site.
Governance & Process Adherence
Enforcing global campaign naming conventions by regularly auditing platform data and coordinating corrections with campaign owners.
Supporting the onboarding of new vendors and agencies from a systems and process perspective.
Identifying opportunities to improve existing workflows and suggesting efficiencies to the Manager.
What we're looking for:
1-3 years of direct experience in hands-on advertising operations or digital marketing role.
Practical experience with Google Tag Manager and implementing tracking pixels for major ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
Highly organized, process-driven, and possesses a keen eye for detail.
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear support to stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
An eagerness to learn and grow within the dynamic field of advertising technology and operations.
