What You Will Do *

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams

What You Will Learn

• Advanced React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
• Modern frontend architecture and state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Best practices in component-driven development and design systems
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Performance tuning and web vitals optimization
• Collaboration in a fast-paced, product-driven environment

Qualifications You Must Have *

• 4–7 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of Next.js or other React frameworks
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience with UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of micro-frontend architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
