Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Real Estate to support transaction management, lease administration, project coordination, and portfolio oversight across our Advisor Real Estate programs, with particular focus on our Executive Office Suite portfolio.

This role blends real estate expertise with analytical thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Analyst will evaluate transactions, assess markets, analyze financial and qualitative data, and help manage site-related projects from diligence through integration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complex information, and brings a strong customer-service mindset to support a positive advisor experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Transaction & Portfolio Support

  • Lead and support real estate transaction activities including site evaluation, market analysis, financial analysis, and negotiation strategy.
  • Manage the Executive Office Suite portfolio, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and servicing agreements.
  • Analyze real estate data, transaction economics, occupancy trends, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Review and interpret real estate documents such as leases, amendments, estoppels, SNDA agreements, and operating expense reconciliations.

Lease Administration & Project Management

  • Administer executive office lease documents to ensure accurate setup, tracking, and ongoing lease compliance.
  • Lead project management activities related to new locations, relocations, or closeouts while coordinating with Construction Project Management, Facilities, Corporate Security, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation, track milestones, and support cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth and successful advisor transitions.
  • Manage the overall corporate relationship with third party executive office

Cross-Functional & Advisor Support

  • Collaborate closely with brokers, landlords, internal operations, legal, finance, and accounting partners to deliver a consistent advisor experience.
  • Develop and communicate clear recommendations, trade-offs, and constraints to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and improvement of tools, dashboards, and processes that enhance transaction efficiency and portfolio visibility.

Operational Excellence

  • Use advanced analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate alternatives, and develop recommendations that align with broader portfolio strategy.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovations that ensure consistent execution across the diligence and integration lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of corporate real estate experience including lease negotiations, transaction management, analytics, and portfolio support.
  • Experience managing or supporting portfolios ranging from serviced office agreements to large multi-floor campuses.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, SharePoint, and mapping tools such as Google Earth.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to independently manage workflow and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity and the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and advisor business model is a plus.

Preferences:

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Corporate real estate or financial industry experience.


 

Pay Range:

$73,001-$121,669/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
