Senior Analyst, Compliance Monitoring

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Compliance Monitoring supports the Compliance Monitoring team by carrying out assigned monitoring and audit activities. This role focuses on evaluating controls, performing testing, documenting results, preparing corrective action plans, and sharing findings with business leaders.

Work Location
Hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office. Scottsdale, AZ (Shea Blvd.) is preferred, though other core office locations may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform intermediate compliance monitoring and audit activities
  • Develop and execute testing procedures
  • Review, document, and assess existing controls
  • Draft corrective action plans when issues are identified
  • Communicate results and recommendations to business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading or participating in meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of business processes, risk management, and control environments
  • Ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) are a plus

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
