Senior Analyst, Client Finance

The Senior Analyst, Client Finance is responsible for owning end-to-end revenue tracking and ensuring the integrity of client financials. This role plays a critical part in the month-end close by ensuring revenue is complete, accurate, and supported.

You will partner closely with Client Finance leadership, Production, and Operations to proactively identify risks, resolve gaps, and maintain clean financial data across all active work.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end revenue tracking across assigned clients or business units, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Reconcile client POs and contracts to revenue, ensuring alignment and proper documentation
  • Review active jobs to identify missing revenue, unbilled work, and aging or stale WIP
  • Partner with billing and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close by delivering accurate, audit-ready financial data
  • Maintain and improve revenue tracking tools to ensure data consistency and integrity
  • Prepare quarterly reporting packages and financial control documentation
  • Partner with leadership to review and validate client revenue forecasts
  • Proactively identify revenue risks, documentation gaps, and process breakdowns
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and revenue recognition requirements
  • Drive consistency and discipline across revenue tracking processes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations
  • Experience with revenue tracking, WIP management, billing, or financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (required); experience with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) a plus
  • Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment and understanding of internal controls is a plus

The base compensation range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
