Role 

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Business Insights & Analytics to join our team in the Parvinder Randhawa department. This is a hybrid role with office presence requirements in Bangalore , Pune or Mohali , reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations. 

This role is part of our Sales BI & Analytics team which is responsible for reporting and business analytics for Sales and Sales-related functions. This position is a highly impactful Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for a motivated professional who thrives on solving complex business problems using data analytics and visualization technologies, focusing on analytics delivery and tool development to empower the organization through insightful metrics and scalable solutions.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Delivering complex analyses using GSuite, Snowflake, Tableau, and advanced data techniques to drive informed decision-making
  • Managing projects to enhance stakeholder visibility into business metrics, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals throughout project lifecycles
  • Developing and maintaining data models in tools like DBT and Snowflake to automate reporting and act as the single source of truth for various teams
  • Leveraging Generative AI tools to create innovative reporting solutions and streamline analytics processes
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop BI solutions that address business challenges and improve performance

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Insights and Analytics function
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Google Spreadsheet, Tableau, DBT, and a general understanding of Prompt engineering to develop Gen AI based solutions
  • Ability to drive analytics solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate with diverse internal teams
  • Drive to learn, iterate, and innovate with a passion for applying data analytics to solve business problems
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Course Certification in Tableau involving latest techniques
  • Certification in Gen AI exploring prompt engineering, AI Agents, or similar technologies
  • DBT or any other ETL tool certification
