Job Description

As a Senior Analyst for Business Data and Insights, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both Operations Transformation and Customer Advocacy Group initiatives. You are responsible for data-driven analysis, dashboard development, and strategic reporting that informs executive decisions and drives operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct root cause analysis on customer experience KPIs and operational processes to support executive reporting and drive improvements.
  • Analyze onboarding, call center, relationship, and customer portal survey results to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage BI dashboards and pivot tables for actionable insights and KPI tracking.
  • Drive monthly transformation governance steering committees.
  • Provide ad-hoc and strategic reporting support to Operations leadership.
  • Support monthly data collection, cleansing, and dashboard reporting with departmental filters.
  • Execute deep-dive reports on topics such as error rates, goodwill payments, and case delays.
  • Deliver strategic analyses, including customer retention and complaint impact studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, actionable insights, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to process owners, project teams, and leadership.

Qualifications and Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of overall work experience, of which 2 years are in the data and insights domain working across data analysis, dashboard development, stakeholder communication, project governance, and root cause analysis.
  • Conceptual knowledge of data and insights related principles, and practices, and a basic understanding of business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Effective communication, verbal and written presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of tools like Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.

Location Expectations  

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
