What you'll do:
  • Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and business performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and expert guidance to support business strategies and monitor ongoing analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and accurate application of data insights.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to support key business processes and stakeholder relationships.
  • Execute and improve processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and values.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong ability to document and analyze business requirements with precision and clarity.
  • Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Skilled in collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver consistent, data-driven insights.
  • Ability to develop and execute analytical plans, providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement in business processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
