This role is responsible for overseeing and executing complex billing activities with strong focus on accuracy, contractual compliance, and post billing analysis. The Senior billing operations analyst acts as a key liaison with project Managers to validate billable milestones, and project T&E expenses and ensure invoices fully align with executed agreements (SOWs).

Key responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end billing process for assigned products, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Validate billing milestones against executed SOWs, including rates, billing cadence, deliverables, and approved change orders.
• Perform manual billing
• Perform detailed T&E validation to confirm billable projects and project terms.
• Partner closely with project Managers to confirm expense eligibility, corrections, and approvals prior to billing.
• Perform post-billing reconciliation to identify variance, corrections, and re-billing requirements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries in collaborations with Collections.
• Maintain remedy intake for internal stakeholders and external customers inquiries.
• Month-end general ledger reclasses entries (adhoc)
• Month-end revenue accruals
• Support Audit request by providing reconciliations, approvals, and billing support.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of strong experience in billing operations. Knowledge of SOW-based billing and T&E billing models. Strong attention to details. Familiar with Salesforce Platform navigation. Experience supporting post-billing adjustment and audit reviews.
