Overview
The Digital Partnerships Team in Europe is partnering with the largest digital players being the digital wallet operators, digital merchants and commerce platforms. These customers drive an impressive and still growing volume of e-commerce transactions and leverage our latest innovations and services to sustain their growth and to offer the best user experience to their customers. For one of these strategic partners, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst to support them in their day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is solutions driven, has a customer centric mindset, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, and can act independently. We offer a role with a high level of autonomy with the support of an experienced senior international team. The Senior Analyst will report to the Account Lead.
Role
Act as the dedicated Senior Analyst for one key European customer, serving as day-to-day‑ point of contact for operations, questions and issue resolution.
Provide operational support to the customer and contribute to the efficient execution of the business.
Serve as the single point of contact for operations, finance, and franchise ‑related topics, coordinating with internal teams and subject matter experts.
Challenge the status quo, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and take ownership of resolution.
Prepare and present insights and results to the customer in a clear and compelling manner.
Lead the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including gathering inputs from stakeholders and creating high-quality‑ presentation materials.
