Senior AI Product Manager

Let's start with the role

As a Senior Product Manager in the AI department, you will define and drive the vision and long-term strategy for Artificial Intelligence at Kaizen. You will lead a team of diverse AI product professionals to support development of AI-empowered products by using product and agile best practices in order to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables. This is a unique role that combines product leadership skills and knowledge of the machine learning / AI product lifecycle.

 

As a Senior AI Product Manager you will

• Define the AI product vision and strategy in alignment with Kaizen’s vision and strategy;
• Define success metrics (KPIs) and track the performance of AI products;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain domain expertise, gathering business and customer requirements;
• Maintain or oversee the ΑΙ roadmap, ensuring impact-driven prioritization, data driven decision making, problem validation and alignment with internal stakeholders;
• Contribute or lead discovery process;
• Provide input towards measures of success for initiatives in conjunction with product owner & analyst;
• Work closely with the AI engineering management team in order to execute the strategy and deliver high-quality AI products and solutions;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across products and the wider Gaming industry;
• Communicate product updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Mentor a team of product owners and analysts to support their growth. Manage them effectively to ensure successful completion of their goals;

• Ideate net new ideas for value across Kaizen products; 
• Support the team and organization by using both product and agile best practices;
• Assist with go to market strategy, design thinking workshops and other product practices, as and when required. 

What you’ll bring

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally in a B2C online business.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to launch. 
• Strong people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams of product owners, product managers and product analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the AI product vision and strategy clearly and effectively to a broad audience of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice to have:

• A deep understanding of traditional AI and genAI technologies.
• Experience in building data-intensive and AI-empowered digital products.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to AI and data (e.g. AI Act, GDPR).
