Red Ventures Home empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem, ranging from telecom and security to energy and home automation.

We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Energy marketplace team within Home Client Services. This team builds AI-driven products that improve customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency across our marketplace funnels. In this role, you will lead the development and scaling of digital customer journeys and agentic systems that materially improve marketplace economics. You’ll connect partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights to define product initiatives, set roadmaps, and guide your team in delivering impactful solutions.

We expect the person in this role to be deeply analytical and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong intuition on how modern AI systems work in production, the analytical rigor to uncover signals in ambiguity, and the critical thinking to reason through where AI can truly create value - not just what to build, but why it matters and how to execute. We're looking for a builder, someone who has shipped AI-native solutions, actively uses llms.agents to accelerate their work, and has a genuine affinity for the space.

This role will have significant impact across the marketplace business and the broader Home Client division. You and the team will be responsible for the KPIs in your portion of the customer funnel, contributing to top line and bottom line growth. You will work closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, surface risks, and influence key decisions with a clear, data-driven point of view. The learnings and applications that emerge from your work will help shape what we sell and how we deploy AI across client partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive initiatives: Operate as the day-to-day lead for our digital products, ensuring alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, and customer needs
  • Define opportunities: Identify high-value use cases for AI-powered applications, develop business cases, and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Vision into execution: Translate high-level objectives into product roadmaps and technical deliverables, guiding design, engineering, and data science teams through execution. Leverage modern AI tools and automation to prototype solutions, generate first-pass product artifacts, and accelerate product development across your team
  • Own outcomes: Drive business value through hands-on KPI definition, data analysis, experimentation, and optimization. Own the performance narrative with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on results and subsequent product decisions
  • Develop talent: Manage and develop 1+ product manager(s), helping them take ownership of workstreams, build product sense, and apply technical skills to drive business outcomes
  • Central contribution: Partner with other product teams to develop reusable AI-enabled tooling and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across product development.

Who You Are:

  • Commercial alignment: You have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and are capable of coming up with data-driven ideas to create value for consumers and the business.
  • Digital craft: You have strong intuition for UX/UI and digital customer journeys, shaping buying experiences that are clear, intuitive, and optimized for conversion.
  • Technical fluency: You have a strong technical and data foundation that enables you to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product development.
  • Results-oriented: You can guide a team to focus on the activities that will drive the largest lift to targeted metrics
  • Bias to action: You are a proactive problem solver. You can discern input from multiple stakeholders, integrate data-driven insights with intuition, and prioritize workstreams effectively to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

Experiences You’ve Had:

  • End-to-end product ownership: Experience leading AI/ML digital products across the full lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to launching and optimizing production systems
  • Complex decision making: Experience influencing cross-functional leadership, navigating trade-offs across technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact, and making high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Value creation: Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI/ML, including driving behavior change, optimizing key metrics, and demonstrating clear ROI
  • Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals.
